THE FIRM’S FOUNDER
T
he Founder of the firm is Mr. David Loi Mojtehadi, lawyer registered in the Cagliari Bar Association under no. 3599.
After graduating in law from the University of Cagliari and obtaining a Master’s Degree in Administrative Law from the ‘Sapienza’ University of Rome, he trained in one of Italy’s leading law firms and held various positions in public bodies.
He deals with administrative and civil law and, in particular, urban planning, construction and real estate enforcement procedures.
Over the years, he has acquired considerable experience in administrative authorisation procedures, especially commercial and hotel authorisations, and in real estate contracts, including purchases and sales, works contracts and agreements.
He has advised individuals and companies in various legal proceedings related to the construction, management or transfer of commercial and office buildings, industrial complexes and accommodation facilities.
